Account Manager Clinics - Brazil

Do you speak fluent Portuguese and are you a natural relationship builder? SurgeryBooking is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager Clinics for the Brazilian market! In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clinics onto our platform and maintaining strong partnerships in Brazil.

What will you do?

• Actively approach clinics in Brazil and guide them in creating an account on our platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with Brazilian clinics, supporting them in making the best use of our services.
• Act as the first point of contact for clinics in Brazil, addressing inquiries and strengthening collaboration.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and internal communication.
• Contribute to the expansion of our network through targeted acquisition and promoting new collaborations.

What do you bring?

• Fluent command of the Portuguese language (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication skills and experience in telephone acquisition.
• A customer-oriented, proactive work attitude with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Experience in a commercial or similar role is a plus.
• Good administrative skills and attention to detail.
