Account Manager Clinics - Turkey

Do you have a passion for customer contact, speak fluent Turkish, and are you good on the phone? SurgeryBooking is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager for the Turkish market! In this versatile role, you will help clinics in Turkey join our platform and ensure optimal collaboration with our Turkish partners.

What will you do?

• Actively approach new clinics in Turkey and guide them in creating an account on our platform.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinics and support them in using our services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Turkish clinics, addressing their questions and fostering further collaboration.
• Accurately maintain records and ensure smooth internal communication.
• Work on expanding our network in Turkey by establishing targeted contacts and encouraging partnerships.

What do you bring?

• Fluent command of the Turkish language (both written and spoken).
• Excellent phone skills and the ability to persuade and advise clinics.
• A customer-focused and proactive work attitude, aiming for long-term relationships.
• Experience in a commercial or similar role is a plus.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
