Assist. Prof. Dr. Mehmet CEBER Dr. Mehmet CEBER is a very popular plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Turkey who has more than 20+ years of experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery. In 1997 he graduated with a Ph.D. from Istanbul Medical Faculty of Istanbul University. The same year he commenced his specialist education at Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine Cerrahpaşa, Division of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. From 2010 to 2016, he worked at the medical faculty of the newly established Namik Kemal University as founding member and member of the teaching staff in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He also served a term as Head of Department. Since then he has been working as a plastic surgeon in private practice in Istanbul. Dr. Mehmet CEBER has worked at hospitals that are specialized in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Therefore he has great experience in different techniques applied in plastic surgery. Dr. Mehmet CEBER actively attends the regular meetings of national and international plastic surgery associations to share his experience also to learn newer techniques and advanced technology in his field. Dr. CEBER has many articles and oral resentation posters published in Turkey and abroad. In 2016, Dr. CEBER became a member of Turkish Society Board of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
